Will Phone Genie answer questions about my business specifically?
Will your pocket secretary answer specific questions about your business eg. what are your opening times or prices? The answer is – yes it will. However, you’ll have to sign up first and we’ll build an AI Agent specifically for your business. We’ll train the AI to not mention your competitors.
I prefer talking to a human?
Our pocket secretary machine will handle repetitive calls about opening hours and prices so you don’t have to. If the caller wishes to talk to a human, they’ll be patched right through to your office immediately. Best of both worlds!
How many calls can the pocket secretary handle simultaneously?
Our pocket secretary can handle up to 35 calls simultaneously.
How quick is the pocket secretary to respond to messages?
Phone Genie will respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages instantly.
Can I use my existing phone number?
While we’re testing, we’ll set you up with a new phone number. When we’re live you can use both numbers or switch to just your original number.
How quickly can I get started?
After you register, we can get your test number up within a few days. You can go live immediately afterwards if you wish.
